Job Overview

Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring Retail Sales Associates to join our teams across multiple states. This full‑time position requires outgoing, sales‑minded individuals with experience in retail environments.

Up to $32.00 per hour including base hourly rate, commissions, and incentives. The commission structure is uncapped.

• Create an ideal customer experience for each customer daily.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist Store and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.
• Complete all required training.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct.
• Develop professional skills for career advancement opportunities.

• 1+ year in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations within assigned district.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Minimum 18 years of age and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
