* Operate cash register according to Goodwill of South Central Ohio policies and procedures.
* Provide excellent customer service; greet each customer as they come into the store and practice the 3-foot rule.
* Ensure the proper handling of all monies by adherence to GWSCO’s policies and procedures.
* Assist in the collection of donations coming into the store. Ensure all customers get a receipt if desired.
* Clock In/Out daily for scheduled shifts in Paycom using your unique login information.
* Share in housekeeping duties and maintain store appearance.
* Assist in the production, tracking and stocking of wares and textiles at the direction of management.
* Follow all Goodwill of South Central Ohio policies and procedures.
* Other duties as assigned.## Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Demonstrated ability through prior experience to work and manage all types of people, including those with disabilities. A self-starter who can work independently and as a team player. Able to organize and carry out multiple duties without assistance. Able to deal with stressful situations.
* Pleasant personality and neat appearance.
* Will be subject to the company’s random drug testing procedures.
* Must pass a Goodwill-approved criminal background check and not appear on any government registries that track abusers or other such offenses.
* Hiring full and part time. Benefits for full time only.

Education and or

Experience:

* At least 2 years of experience in retail store management or related field. Experience in production is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to stoop, bend, reach over your head, climb ladder, and lift 25 pounds.
