Don Wood Polaris is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Parts Professional.

No previous parts experience is required.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We will provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

• Assist customers with identifying and purchasing Polaris parts and accessories
• Work with our service technician to provide the parts needed for repairs
• Look up parts using electronic parts catalogs and dealership systems
• Receive, organize, stock, ship and maintain parts inventory
• Help keep the parts department organized and efficient
• Build product knowledge of Polaris ATVs, side-by-sides, accessories, and equipment
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone

• Is dependable and comes to work ready to contribute
• Enjoys working with customers and being part of a team
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Has good organizational and communication skills
• Pays attention to detail
• Is willing to learn about parts, accessories, and the powersports industry
• Has an interest in ATVs, UTVs, automotive, mechanical equipment, or powersports — a plus, but not required
