Our detailing company is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Detailing Technician to join our growing team in Gloss Boss Detailing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and are interested in growing within a fast‑expanding company.

• Training / Part‑Time Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Full‑Time (After Initial Training Period): 20% – 24% commission per job
• Additional compensation opportunities for advanced skills such as:
• Paint correction
• Ceramic coating
• PPF installation (if applicable)
• Leadership responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled workdays
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
• Perform interior and exterior detailing services on customer vehicles
• Handle a variety of vehicle conditions, including heavily soiled or restoration‑level details
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in an organized manner
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and service quality

• Valid Driver’s License

• Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required
• Experience in hands‑on or labor‑based roles preferred

Our detailing company is a premium automotive detailing company, currently operating multiple mobile crews servicing clients six days per week.

This is an on‑site Detailing Technician role. Technicians perform services both at customer locations and in‑shop (as applicable), while upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and service excellence. Full‑time is preferred, though part‑time candidates may be considered.
