Schedule:

Monday-Friday | Rotating On-Call (Every 4 Weeks)

• Complete maintenance requests and resident repairs
• Perform apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry issues
• Maintain common areas, grounds, landscaping, and snow removal
• Track work orders, repairs, and maintenance inventory
• Coordinate with property staff and vendors to keep the community running smoothly

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• Strong experience with:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical repairs and troubleshooting
  • HVAC maintenance
  • Carpentry
  • Painting and drywall repair
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of building systems
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a competitive paid time off (PTO) policy starting employees off with around three weeks of vacation.
