Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 6 months OTR tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case)
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL

Financial Package

• Full weekly pay ranging from $1,095.18 to $1,980.65 depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service
• Full annual pay ranging from $56,949.36 to $ depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service

Hiring Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age
• 4+ months of driving experience required
• Safe driving record required
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Background check and drug test required
• Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (required for flatbed drivers)

Flat Rate Plan (Simple & steady)

Team Plan (Stronger together, higher earnings)

• +$0.20 per mile BONUS after 17,000+ miles (paid monthly)

• Up to $0.91 RPM

Percentage Pay Plan (Earn off every load)

• 30% of revenue

Based on this position, weekly pay is $1,564 or higher.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Two years of verifiable experience
• No serious moving violations past 3 years
• Clean driving record
