O'Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc. seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver exceptional service to customers. In this role, you'll assist customers in-store and on the phone while accurately processing transactions. Tasks include maintaining the cash drawer, resolving complaints, and performing in-store services where applicable.
The ideal candidate is friendly, customer-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of automotive parts and fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired.
