How you'll contribute:

A Nurse Aide who excels in this role performs patient care activities in accordance with applicable scopes and standards of practice. They support nursing staff and contribute to a safe, comfortable, and compassionate patient experience. This includes but is not limited to:

* Providing direct patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulation, and repositioning.

* Assisting nursing staff with vital signs, specimen collection, and routine observations and report changes in patient condition promptly.

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.

* Supporting patient mobility and safety using appropriate techniques and equipment.

* Documenting care provided in accordance with department standards.

What we're looking for:

* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required

* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 60 days of hire

* CNA certification preferred

* Handle With Care preferred
