- Operate presses and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete production paperwork and reports as required
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
