We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a full‑time overnight role. This position offers a consistent 3-day schedule from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM and includes a $1,500 bonus. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high‑quality patient care, supporting clinical teams, and contributing to a safe and respectful care environment.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans and clinical protocols
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate clinical team members
• Administer medications and treatments as assigned and within scope of practice
• Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and ongoing care coordination
• Support patients with daily needs while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other care team members to support positive outcomes
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times

• Current and active LPN licensure in the applicable state
• Experience in a healthcare, long‑term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care
• Ability to work the assigned overnight schedule consistently
