Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Location
Athens, TN
Assignment Duration13‑week contract position.
ScheduleShift: 19:00 - 07:00
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical/Surgical unit. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health management and care plans.
- Must have an active RN license in Tennessee.
- BLS certification is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is preferred.
- Experience in critical care thinking is advantageous.
