FullTime LPN Am

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed practical nurse to join our care team for a full-time day shift position. In this role, you will help provide high-quality nursing care, support resident or patient well-being, and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to delivering respectful, professional care.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the care plan, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor resident or patient condition and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and documentation as needed.
• Support the care team with day-to-day clinical needs and communication.
• Accurately complete charting, observations, and other required records.
• Promote comfort, safety, dignity, and quality of care at all times.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe care environment.

• Current and active practical nursing license in good standing.
• Ability to work full-time day shift hours.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of nursing practices, documentation, and safety standards.
• Experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or similar setting is preferred.
