Automotive F+I​/Business Manger

Long Athens is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive F+I/Business Manager to join our team in Athens, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance aspects of vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver efficient F+I processes that enhance the overall customer experience.

• Manage the financing and insurance processes for automotive sales transactions.
• Develop strong relationships with lenders to secure optimal products and terms.
• Review credit applications
• Present and explain finance and insurance products to customers clearly and professionally.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and complies with company policies and federal/state regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize business opportunities and achieve departmental goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance and insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Prior experience in automotive finance and insurance management required
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive finance products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and credit information effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with F+I software systems.
• Valid driver’s license and a professional appearance and demeanor.
