CompensationMinimum Salary: $18.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $19.00 per hour

- Answer telephone, evaluate requests and serve as receptionist or front desk assistant.
- Assist in maintaining confidential information and records.
- Help perform inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Process routine documents such as vouchers, personnel records, titles or registrations.
- Assist with general warehousing duties such as stocking, issuing materials and supplies, maintaining records, and maintaining warehouse areas.
- Disseminate information to the public.
- Maintain files, records and logs.
- Make copies and distribute as instructed.
- Open, sort and distribute mail.
- Perform preliminary research and gather pertinent data.
- Perform routine word processing duties and conduct quality checks of documents created.
- Run errands as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and analysis methodologies.
- Maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Collect, sort and compile data.
- Apply administrative support practices and procedures, including writing, editing, and report writing techniques, recording meeting notes, and record keeping.
- Prepare correspondence/documents with correct spelling, grammar and punctuation; proofread and review documents for clarity and consistency.
- Use standard office equipment and computers, applicable programs, applications and systems.
- Maintain a safe and effective working relationship with others.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Follow applicable safety standards, practices and procedures.
Protects sensitive and confidential information.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be a student in high school or another educational institution or accepted into a college, university or educational institution.
- Must be at least 16 years of age and a student currently enrolled in high school or any institution of higher education including a trade/vocational school.
- Employees at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license may be assigned driving duties and may use power tools.
- Light work: lift up to 20 lbs at a time and frequently lift or carry objects up to 10 lbs.
- Sitting – prolonged periods of time.
- Standing – prolonged periods of time.
- Repetitive motion – substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
