- MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC / TECH EXPERIENCE WITH ABILITY TO DIAGNOSE ALL MAKES AND MODELS TO APPLY. APPLICANTS WITH NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
The Service Technician inspects, maintains, and repairs vehicles in a timely, accurate, and customer‑focused manner. Technicians are responsible for ensuring all work meets dealership standards and that customers’ vehicles are returned in excellent condition.
What We’re Looking For- 2‑4 years of technician experience or equivalent training
- ASE certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to stay up to date on evolving vehicle technology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to lift 50‑75 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with the job
- Professional appearance and work ethic

- Perform repairs, maintenance, and warranty work according to repair orders
- Keep Service Advisors updated on repair status and estimated completion times
- Road test vehicles to confirm issues are resolved and performance meets customer expectations
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work station
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- Continuously learn new techniques and technology through formal training
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and quality in all work
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2‑4 years of automotive technician experience or equivalent training
- ASE certification preferred
- Basic computer and phone skills; dealership software experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedure manuals, and maintenance instructions
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and detail‑focused
- Ability to lift up to 50‑75 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Work primarily indoors with occasional outdoor activity in an auto shop environment. Daily walking, standing, and lifting required. Must be available to work full time, including possible evenings or weekends as needed.
