Our client is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their team and play a critical role in maintaining a smooth and efficient supply chain. This position requires a proactive professional who can balance cost, quality, and timely delivery while fostering strong vendor and internal relationships.

• Fulfill operational purchasing requirements, ensuring consistency in the supply chain.
• Review scope of work, issued BOMs, and acknowledgments to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to resolve discrepancies between ordered and billed materials.
• Cultivate and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Foster productive working relationships within the purchasing department and across other internal teams.

• Minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience required.
• Prior experience in the pre-engineered metal building industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture beyond immediate tasks.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
