About this PositionPosition Summary for the Bilingual Financial Services Officer I Full‑Time / Onsite—In‑Branch. We are hiring a bilingual (English and Spanish) team member to join our Grande, 5th Street, or Digital Branches Sales Team. This role focuses on building relationships and improving our members’ financial well‑being.
As a Bilingual Financial Services Officer I, you will assist with opening new accounts, processing consumer loan applications, and connecting members to additional services through thoughtful referrals. You will work with a supportive team that values collaboration and celebrates wins together.

What You’ll Do- Deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized, effective solutions.
- Actively contribute to loan growth by identifying member needs, educating them on available loan products, and providing tailored solutions.
- Drive member growth by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities to expand membership, and delivering exceptional service.
- Accurately identify member needs and proactively refer them to the Financial Advisor and Mortgage Department when appropriate.
- Consistently produce high‑quality work with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors through careful planning and thorough review.
- Assist Grande Branch in growing the credit union to increase members, loans, and deposits while achieving net income.
- Six (6) months to two (2) years of product and services sales experience in a retail sales or related banking/credit union industry such as loan processor, credit union or bank teller, or bank banker.
- Minimum High School graduate or GED.
- Written and verbal proficiency and fluency in English and Spanish.
- Prior work experience in a call center is preferred for Digital Branch FSO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑starter attitude and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good understanding of credit worthiness fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality of work.
- Team player who collaborates with team members and actively contributes to a positive work environment.
Base pay: $19 per hour, paid bi‑weekly. Monthly uncapped incentive—varies on production results, DOE. Includes bilingual English/Spanish stipend.

Onsite in our Tyler, Texas Administration Branch office. Available Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑6 PM, and occasionally 7:30 AM‑7 PM for meetings. Saturdays on a rotating schedule 10 AM‑2 PM.
