Position Summary for the Bilingual Financial Services Officer II Full‑Time / Onsite‑In Branch:
We’re hiring a bilingual (English and Spanish) Talent to join our branches sales team. You will open new accounts, process consumer loan applications, and refer members to additional services, creating experiences that build lasting loyalty.
$21 per hour base pay paid bi‑weekly, plus monthly uncapped incentives. Includes a bilingual English/Spanish stipend. Monthly incentive varies with production results, depth of experience.

Onsite in Tyler, Texas branches. Business hours Monday‑Friday 8 AM–6 PM; additional availability 7:30 AM–7 PM for meetings. Saturdays rotating schedule 10 AM–2 PM.
What You’ll Do- Deliver an exceptional member experience, building strong relationships and ensuring member satisfaction.
- Contribute to loan growth by identifying member needs, educating them on loan products, and guiding them through the loan process.
- Drive member growth by expanding membership and enhancing overall engagement.
- Refer members to the Financial Advisor and Mortgage Department when appropriate, ensuring expert guidance.
- Produce high‑quality work with a focus on accuracy, minimizing errors and audit findings.
- Assist the branch in achieving growth targets for members, loans, and deposits.
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish.
- Prioritizes long‑term relationships over one‑time transactions.
- Experience in call centers preferred for digital branch work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑starter attitude, ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding of credit worthiness fundamentals.
- Team collaborator; plans and prioritizes workload with strong attention to detail.
- Trusted advisor to members and colleagues.
Two to ten years of consumer lending, financing, or related banking/credit union industry such as universal banker.
EducationHigh‑school graduate or GED required. A four‑year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance, Marketing, or Communications) is accepted as equivalent experience.
