We're seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team. In this role, you'll help patients regain independence, improve mobility, and safely return to daily life—all from the comfort of their homes.

- Current CPR certification (AHA)
- Valid driver's license & auto insurance
- Home health experience (preferred)
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (a plus)
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and assisting patients
