RequirementsSuccessful completion of accredited physical therapy program and state licensure exam.
Valid Physical Therapy license
1 year of home health experience preferred
CPR certification
Valid Driver’s license
Valid Auto Insurance
Home Care Home Base experience preferred
Physical DemandsMust be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods.
Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 100 lbs..
