Gentiva's Hospice Plus unit seeks a compassionate Hospice Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families facing end-of-life care, in alignment with their beliefs.
As part of the interdisciplinary team you will assess spiritual needs, develop care plans, perform visits, prayers and rituals, and offer bereavement support while building partnerships with local faith leaders and community resources.
