We are seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and continuous operation of facility equipment and systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production and facility assets, including mechanical, electrical, and structural components.
The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated professional with strong troubleshooting abilities who can work independently while also collaborating with maintenance and operations teams.
Responsibilities- Receives and carries out instructions for jobs from area supervisor or leadman.
- Knowledge of 110v,240v, and 480v systems and low voltage controls.
- Able to read and understand schematics.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems.
- Working knowledge of pneumatic systems.
- Working knowledge and proper use of all hand tools.
- Ability to weld and fabricate items with mig and arc welding.
- Working knowledge and use of all meters and gauges needed to perform duties.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Follow and or assist in development of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
- Must be able to work scheduled shift as well as overtime & weekends as needed.
- Must be able to work as a member of the team.
- Follows all company and safety procedures.

Schedule:
40 hours per week - Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday
- Overtime:
As required.
- Works closely with shop employees, supervisors, management, and occasionally customers.

- Proven experience as maintenance specialist or another mechanical role
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Overhead cranes
- Welding equipment
- CNC machines
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage - Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
