Specialized Tape and Texture/Mud Production Worker

Location:

Champion Home Builders, Athens, TX.

• Apply mesh tape to sheetrock.
• Apply mud and texture to sheetrock surfaces.
• Paint finished surfaces.
• Use hand and mud tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Basic experience or knowledge with sheetrock, including mesh tape, mud, texture, and paint.
• Ability to learn and grow within the company.
• Strong work ethic, excellent attendance, a "can do" philosophy, attention to detail, and a desire to learn new skills.
• Team‑work mentality, basic construction background, and motivation to earn a competitive bonus.

Requires standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifts and/or moves more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
