Mold Machine Operator - 3rd Shift
Remedy Staffing | Athens, TX
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday-Friday)
Overtime: Saturdays as needed
Pay: $19.00/hour
Position Summary
Remedy Staffing is hiring a Mold Machine Operator to support injection molding operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring molding machines while ensuring high-quality production standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines to produce molded products
- Set up and start up machines for production runs
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions and verify correct materials and components are used
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards
- Support team members and assist with additional duties as assigned
- Commitment to quality and accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to help others
- Ability to identify and communicate issues effectively
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform moderate physical work in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
