Join our healthcare partner as a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients in a 10-bed unit. With a patient ratio of 1:2, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes. Your expertise in managing complex medical conditions and your ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team will be key to your success.

• Provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients in the ICU
• Utilize your skills in managing ventilated patients, arterial line management, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols and isolation precautions
• Document patient care using the Epic charting system

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Travel experience preferred
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
