Role:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) providing high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Responsibilities:Assess and triage patients, explain procedures, administer treatments, prepare equipment, monitor patient safety, document assessments, respond to emergencies, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:Requires at least one year of recent ER experience, valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Preferred additional certifications include TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, and SANE. Must demonstrate critical thinking, communication, technical proficiency, physical stamina, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
