Hospice Plus, part of Gentiva, is seeking a compassionate Hospice LPN to deliver hands-on nursing care in patients' homes, assisted living, or facilities. You will support families and work under RN supervision to implement individualized care plans.
We require an accredited Practical Nursing program graduate with an active LPN license, CPR, and 2+ years hospice/home health experience; drivers license and insurance are required. This is a safety-sensitive role with comprehensive benefits.
