Enjoy a six-month temporary role with a work vehicle provided during the day, working for an established local authority in the Atherstone area. This Roofer role offers consistent work across a varied range of roofing, brickwork and external repair jobs.
You’ll be working for a respected local authority, supporting its in-house maintenance team while providing additional cover over the coming months. You’ll be trusted to complete repairs to a good standard and use your wider building skills where required in your role as a Roofer.
I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Roofer, Roofing Operative, Multi Trade Operative or General Builder with strong roofing experience.

As a Roofer you will be:

Replacing damaged and missing roof tiles
Rebuilding and repairing chimneys
Completing lead flashing repairs
Repairing and replacing ridge tiles
Carrying out general roofing repairs
Completing bricklaying and slabbing work when requiredI’d love to speak to anyone who has:

The ability to work across a varied range of repairs
Reliable transport to travel independently to the council depot

Location & travel
Based in Atherstone, you’ll need to be able to make your own way to the council depot each day. A work vehicle will be available for completing jobs during working hours but cannot be taken home.
