The private practice seeks a general dentist to start immediately in Athol, MA. The client is willing to provide mentorship to young dentists.

• Collaborate with the dental team on patient care
• Manage extractions and oversee administrative functions
• Maintain a patient-focused approach in all interactions

• Office Hours: Monday - Thursday
• Facility: Modern office with digital x-rays and paperless charting
• Patient Demographics: Established patient base, primarily adults
• Team: Experienced and supportive staff working cohesively

• Base Salary: $200k - $350k per year
• Production-Based Compensation: Very competitive percentage

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• CPR certification
