We are seeking a full-time Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our team on-site in Athol, MA. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize electro-mechanical products and systems. Key responsibilities include leading product design and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting performance testing, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards. You will also contribute to product improvement initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and stay updated on advancements in electro-mechanical engineering.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in designing and developing electro-mechanical systems, motors, and related components
- Proficiency in using CAD software, such as Solid Works or AutoCAD, and conducting simulations for analysis
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, control systems, and automation technologies
- Experience with project management, team collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers
- Knowledge of industry standards, such as ISO, IEC, or similar, for regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s or PhD preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or similar industries is a plus
