TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Athol, Massachusetts.

We’re looking for Respiratory Care professionals for an immediate travel position opening in Athol, MA. The right RT should have 1 year of recent acute care experience. Read below for more requirements.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide direct patient care to patients in a variety of clinical areas, including evaluations and treatments according to procedural guidelines.

• Administer a variety of simple and complex respiratory and cardiology modalities to patients.
• Maintain appropriate patient records and documentation.
• Clean, disinfect, assemble, calibrate, and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment and accessories; evaluate equipment for proper and safe function and report malfunctions to the director.
• Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples according to procedure guidelines.
• Interact with co‑workers, nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel to optimize continuum of care for patients being treated.
• Respond to emergent situations that may require respiratory support.

Respiratory Therapists must be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty and lift up to 20–50 pounds. They must have adequate vision, including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, RRT, ACLS, NRP, PALS (additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment).

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend.
