Haffner’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in implementing company policies, procedures, and a commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction. He/she works closely with store employees to ensure daily routine and responsibilities are completed in accordance with the Store Manager’s direction and can satisfactorily complete the Store Manager’s duties in their absence.

Salary based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications. Minimum hourly rate: $18.25–$21.25 per hour.

• Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner; report all customer feedback and actions taken to the Store Manager
• Provide a clean, well‑stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere
• Complete daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures
• When the Store Manager is not available, assume full managerial duties
• Act as a positive role model for fellow employees
• Supervise employees in the absence of the Store Manager
• Delegate shift duties to maintain store conditions in accordance with Store Manager expectations
• Assist the Store Manager in following up on daily shift duties
