Property Accounting Manager

Top Tier Property Management firm is seeking a Property Accounting Manager to join their growing team. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and operational accounting for a portfolio of real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of property management accounting principles, GAAP, and financial systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of property accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting practices
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, Real Page, or similar property management/accounting software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

This position is based ONSITE at our Atlanta, GA office.
