Essential Functions:

  • Preparation and review of 1041 trust and estate income tax returns.
  • Preparation of fiduciary accountings, understanding of state statutes, and document review related to fiduciary accounting.
  • Analyze tax issues and provide conclusions.
  • Perform diversified accounting and tax assignments under supervision.
  • Demonstrate technical competency and adherence to professional standards.
  • Meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Participate in training to enhance technical skills.
  • Provide excellent client service with quality work and attentive support.
  • Develop proficiency in tax research and reference sources.

    • Qualifications:

  • Eligible to sit for the CPA exam; CPA certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting with increasing complexity of tax returns.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
