Corporate Senior Tax Accountant

Beech Valley is assisting our client, Dolby, in their search for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join their growing team in Atlanta. Dolby is expanding from their main office in San Francisco and currently building out their team in a new Atlanta office in the Midtown area. Dolby is a leading technology company that creates audio, visual & voice technologies for movies, TV, music, & gaming.

This is a full-time, w-2 role. Hybrid work environment (1-2 days per week onsite in Midtown). Strong competitive salary + 7.5% annual bonus + stock options. They also get every other Friday off work year-round!

Base pay range: $ - $ per year.

Annual bonus: 7.5% of base.

• Prepare corporate and partnership Federal and State Income Tax Returns
• Work with service provider for timely filing of returns
• Prepare tax return work papers & account reconciliations
• Prepare apportionment factors & state tax adjustments
• Prepare and review fixed assets computations for all areas of tax
• Assist with federal/state income tax audits
• Research federal/state tax issues
• Assist with quarterly/yearly tax provisions
• CPA or Masters in Tax (required)
• 4-8 yrs experience, including 2-3 years Big-4 public accounting experience (required)
• Knowledge of SAP financial applications
• Knowledge of One Source & Corptax a plus
