Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Tax Manager to join its Tax practice in Atlanta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who thrives in a people-first culture.

• Review complex corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
• Manage, delegate, and review the work of tax staff and senior accountants
• Prepare and oversee business income tax returns and related filings
• Provide proactive tax planning, projections, and consulting to construction clients
• Serve as a trusted client advisor, maintaining strong relationships and exceptional service standards
• Mentor, develop, and support team members in their professional growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred)
• Active CPA license
• 4–7 years of public accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Industry experience in Construction is required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with tax automation/workflow software a plus
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
