Bookkeeper

Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr. The role focuses on bookkeeping responsibilities within this position.

• Maintaining Accurate Financial Records: recording all business transactions, reconciling bank statements, stock reconciliation, AR, AP, inter-company reconciliation, other related financial records, and ensuring the general ledger is accurate.
• Managing Accounts Receivable and Payable: process invoices, payments, and collections while maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with Tax Filing: assist in tax filings and ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations.
• Stakeholder Communication: liaise with vendors, banks, and internal teams for financial reporting and compliance matters.
• Provide Supports to Operation: coordinate and work closely with the operation team on daily operations.
• Audit Coordination: work with external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits.
• Cross-border Communication: liaise with the HQ finance team for financial reporting and compliance matters.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, OR equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with HQ
