Billing Clerk

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

• Location: Atlanta, GA 30339 (ONSITE)
• Duration: 6 Months Contract with potential for extension
• Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday (8AM - 5PM)

• Review and process new maintenance contracts, ensuring billing accuracy and proper signatures.
• Set up and manage new maintenance contracts, including customer number assignment and tax coding.
• Generate and mail customer invoices, including calculations for work completed.
• Perform monthly billing, ensuring system accuracy and posting credits/debits correctly.
• Prepare monthly activity reports for each location.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to apply payments and correct billing errors.
• Implement monthly price increases and coordinate with branches as needed.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle database and prior elevator industry experience preferred.
