Controller – Construction
Our well established client needs a “Hands on” Controller with construction industry (job costing) experience. Typical work week is only 40 hours.
Responsibilities- Supervise one accounting clerk and be responsible for the monthly close and reporting to the owners.
- Handle all job costing, bank reconciliations, and budget.
- Manage risk management and human resources functions.
- Degree in Accounting.
- At least 10 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of five in construction.
- Experience with SAGE 300 (Timberline) is a plus.
Our client offer a salary of $85k – $95k plus Medical, Dental and Simple IRA.
