Curran Recruiting has actively partnered with a highly esteemed, residential property management company looking for their next Senior Property Accountant!
Responsibilities- Handle day to day accounting activities for a portfolio of assigned assets
- Support monthly close through reconciliations, journal entries, and basic financial review
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information
- Prepare standard reports and respond to routine requests from management and stakeholders
- Assist with audits, compliance needs, and other periodic accounting requirements
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field required
- 4+ years of continuous Accounting experience required
- Experience with property accounting software such as MRI or Yardi required
- Well‑versed in lease accounting and budgeting for properties
