• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification or progress towards it preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant technical and strategic accounting experience.
• Two busy seasons in external audit with a Big 4 or large CPA firm.
• Preferably one busy season as a Senior in external audit with a Big 4 or large CPA firm.
• Experience in corporate accounting or finance at a large public company is a plus.
• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB standards, with excellent analytical and auditing skills.
• Strong computer skills; advanced Excel skills desirable.
• Demonstrated career progression and stability.

Experience in Big 4 or a mix of Big 4 and private industry is preferred.
