Estimated Compensation: $100,000-$160,000 base + performance incentives + profit sharing + full benefits

She Recruits is working with a national consulting firm that partners with Fortune 1000 companies on high-impact financial projects. We're hiring Senior Associates, Associate Managers, and Managers based in Atlanta, who come from one of the Top 8 public accounting firms and are ready to pivot into challenging, project-based consulting work.
This is an opportunity to move beyond routine audit cycles and into engagements that include IPO readiness, SEC reporting, M&A transactions, carve-outs, and technical accounting solutions-directly impacting C-suite decision-making. Each engagement is tailored to your strengths, giving you exposure across multiple industries and financial environments.
Candidates must currently or previously be with one of the following Top 8 firms:
Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, or CBIZ/MHM
Ideal Candidates Will Have
2+ years of public accounting experience, including at least one full busy season as a senior
CPA or progression toward CPA strongly preferred
A strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and FASB standards
Experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, audit readiness, or SEC compliance
Corporate finance/accounting experience in large public companies is a plus
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
What You'll Do
Support and lead project-based consulting engagements at Fortune 1000 companies
Engage in IPO readiness, audit prep, M&A support, restatements, carve-outs, and more
Contribute immediately to client-facing initiatives and financial strategy
Collaborate with senior leaders at both the client and firm level
Gain broad exposure across industries and accounting challenges
Take ownership of your own growth path and career acceleration
