Revenue Specialist

The Revenue Cycle team is responsible for supporting customers who have VMS programs in place. VMS stands for “Vendor Management System” and is related to an internet-based system used to manage all levels of staffing from recruiting to payment. The VMS Revenue Specialist will utilize the VMS programs to handle billing and collections duties.

• Build relationships with VMS support staff and Project Management staff onsite at the client to help ensure all hours reporting by our contractors are paid correctly.
• Complete monthly audits to ensure hours and bill rates are accounted for accurately.
• Attend weekly aging meetings with manager.
• High level billing resolution.
• Researching and resolving issues which include, but are not limited to, non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Updating internal information when inaccuracies are found.
• Ensure timely application of payments made by VMS customers within your portfolio.

• Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
