Director of Accounting and Finance Solutions at Homrich, Klein & Associates
About the Company
Our client company is a well established high growth company with an emphasis on strategic planning, disciplined investments and operation excellence while also embracing a mission of corporate philanthropy.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review internal financial statements for period, quarterly and annual closings in accordance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory agencies.
- Analyze and review period and monthly flash reporting data for all entities for accuracy. Prepare eliminations of intercompany revenue and noncontrolling interests to properly reflect consolidated results.
- Quarterly Consolidation.
- Prepare and post journal entries for the Cons. Business to insure accurate GAAP.
- Reconcile G/L accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare budgets and quarterly forecasts for companies in my responsibility.
- Analyze profit and loss against budget.
- 3+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- CPA preferred
