- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study preferred
- Minimum of 3-4 years of benefit experience
- Working knowledge of technology solutions, including automated tools and familiarity with HRMS/HRIS system (Ulti Pro/UKG/)
- Manage and reconcile monthly invoices for both self-insured and fully insured benefit plans, ensuring billing accuracy and timely payment
- Audit carrier invoices, eligibility files, and enrollment data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Responsible for on-going enrollment coordination, reconciliations, and complex issues resolution for all Insight Global's sponsored benefit plans
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to employee benefit plans
- Prepare required and ad-hoc reports related to benefit costs, premium contributions, regulatory reporting, flexible spending account claim forfeitures and invoice reporting
- In charge of all audit/control responsibilities and conducts QA sessions with benefits team
