Manager – Corporate Tax; U.S. Tax

A prominent firm is seeking a Tax Manager to enhance its expanding corporate tax practice with a specialization in inbound and U.S. tax issues.

This position is tailored for professionals eager to transition into a leadership role while remaining deeply engaged in intricate tax assignments.

• Spearhead tax compliance and planning engagements for corporate clients, including multinational corporations and middle‑market firms.
• Review tax returns, manage client relationships, pinpoint tax planning opportunities, and provide guidance on structuring and cross‑border tax implications.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior executives on client strategy, mentor junior staff, and oversee engagement workflows.
• Merge compliance oversight with advisory engagement, delving into sophisticated tax work that transcends routine filings.
• Deliver greater ownership, enhanced client interaction, and a defined trajectory toward Senior Manager and Partner roles.

• CPA designation required
• 5–8 years of public accounting tax experience
• Proficient in corporate tax with international/inbound tax exposure
• Strong grasp of the U.S. tax code
• Experience in tax planning and advisory roles
