Audit, Tax & Compliance Manager

Our client is seeking a Tax & Compliance Manager to oversee domestic and international tax compliance activities across a growing global organization. This role will serve as a key resource for tax planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance while also supporting audit coordination, internal controls, and broader finance initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical tax expertise with the ability to partner across functions and drive process improvements in a dynamic business environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of progressive experience within accounting, audit, compliance, tax, risk management, or financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience working within a complex, multi-entity and/or international business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.

• CPA or similar professional certification.
• Public accounting background.
• Exposure to acquisitions, business integrations, or global regulatory environments.
