Curran Recruiting is partnering with a PE-backed SaaS company looking for a strong Revenue Accountant. The role is hybrid, reporting to the office in the Dunwoody area.
Role Responsibilities:- Own SaaS revenue recognition and ASC 606 compliance.
- Review contracts and determine appropriate revenue treatment.
- Manage deferred/unbilled revenue and revenue-related accruals.
- Oversee sales commissions, payouts, and deferred commission schedules.
- Account for capitalized software costs under ASC 350-40.
- Own revenue-related month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Support audits and improve revenue and commission processes.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of Accounting experience
- 2+ years of Revenue Accounting experience
- Well versed with ASC 606 and/or recurring revenue environment
