Salary: $55,000–$60,000

As the Bookkeeper, you will:

• Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Process invoices, payments, and cash receipts
• Assist with month‑end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and support additional accounting responsibilities as needed

Ideal candidates for this Bookkeeper role will have:

• Previous bookkeeping or general accounting experience
• Strong experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software
• Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities
