Property Accountant or Senior

Job Description

• Preparing property financials including recons and accruals
• Preparing CAM and real estate taxes
• Performing analysis and helping with budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Need experience in commercial real estate
• Prior CAM experience
